His previous professional experiences included managerial and leadership roles in local government, the financial services sector, and in not-for-profit organizations. Has taught courses on negotiations and organizational behavior to students at the University of Toronto, the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, INSEAD and at the University of Michigan Business School. His early achievements included both national and international awards for public speaking and debating.
SCHOLARSHIP & RESEARCH
Mark is an award-winning teacher and researcher. His academic research focuses on cooperation, decision-making, trust and negotiations. His work has appeared in publications such as Research in Organizational Behavior, Organization Studies, Culture and Negotiation: Integrative Approaches to Theory and Research, Trust and Distrust across Organizational Contexts: Dilemmas and Approaches, and Personality and Social Psychology Review.
